UXM SaaS infrastructure and government access
Systemslab ApS, established in Denmark, provides UXM SaaS using Google Cloud Compute Engine through Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland. The infrastructure is subject to applicable laws in its deployment country and other jurisdictions applying to the relevant provider entities.
The Customer selects the hosting region, recorded in the Order Form. UXM application data, workloads, replicas and backups remain within that region, without replication outside it. Google’s location information identifies the countries associated with its regions. Hosting location does not exclude the application of other laws to Google or its group companies.
Systemslab protects Customer Data through restricted authorised access, privileged-access multi-factor authentication, encryption, activity logging, personnel confidentiality duties and written supplier obligations. Relevant controls are described in the Information Security Addendum. Google’s infrastructure safeguards are described in its applicable service terms and Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
Systemslab reviews government requests for legal validity, limits disclosure to what is lawfully required and challenges unlawful or disproportionate requests where appropriate. Where legally permitted, Systemslab informs the affected Customer. Access to or transfer of non-personal data held in the EU must comply with applicable EU and Member State law, including the EU Data Act.
